Introduction
The User Management Training course will take you through managing your community members from within the Manage Area and Admin Dashboard.
The course has been broken down into several lessons and parts, to help you master one area at a time. Take your time completing each lesson before moving on, as you will need what you’ve learned to understand the next video fully.
We have provided this course in video format, but have also included transcripts and timestamps to make it easier to refresh your knowledge if needed.
User Management Training: Lesson 1
This lesson takes you through the Manage Area, which is where registering users can be verified and past registration data can be reviewed. This area also houses the Secure Drop and Mass Mailer tools.

Our second lesson introduces you to the Admin Tools module (frontend) and the Admin Dashboard (backend) in ACB.

This lesson takes you through user lists, a powerful tool for grouping people who have a registered account in ACB. We go into how they work, the difference between dynamic and normal user lists, best practices and example use cases.

This lesson takes you through the notifications system and setting it up, the email template builder and using broadcasts to contact multiple, specified users.

Lesson 5 is all about design settings for your platform. We’ll be covering various tools for colours and branding, date and time format and the site footer.
